B&Bは一般の住宅を宿泊施設として改造、使用しています。名前どおりベッド（宿泊）と朝食のみの料金ですが、部屋のタイプ（専用バスの有無など）により料金は異なります。当局にあるB&Bリストなどを参考に、申し込みは直接希望のB&Bへ。B&Bは格差があるので、初めて泊まる場合は予め電話を入れた上、直接部屋を見せてもらってから決めた方が良いでしょう。

B&Bというシステムは今やヨーロッパ中に普及していますが、そのブリュッセル版である「Bed & Brussels」は、この10年で大きく飛躍し、旅行客のみならず出張などで訪れるビジネスマンにも幅広く利用されています。「Bed & Brussels」のホームページは非常に充実していて使いやすいので、ネットからの予約が便利です。3月～6月と9月・10月は予約が多く、特に5月と9月が最も多いため予約が難しいので、旅行の予定が立ったら早めに予約するのがよいでしょう。

ユースホステル/ユースホテルは最も廉価な宿泊施設。ユースホステル協会に所属しているもののみ、ユースホステルと呼びます。いずれも相部屋になる場合があるので、身の回り品には十分注意しましょう。
予約不可の施設もあるので注意。会員でない人でもその場で会員になれます。
